Every female, most especially the pregnant women would agree with me that the most fascinating as well as scary part of giving birth to a child is the delivery of the child. Click To Tweet The process of conception of that child is as interesting and enjoyable as you want it to be, the months of gestation (don’t mind my grammar, it means the period in which the woman carries the baby in her womb) can be easy or stressful depending on the mother’s health but the climax of them all is the moment of delivery.

For some it last 2 days, for some an hour and for some others just some few minutes (I pray mine would be like that, Amen). After the drama of the delivery is over, the beauty of it all then shines forth; a new child is born with a destiny and an opportunity to make an impact on the world and you are lucky to be its mother.

In the business world, every entrepreneur would agree with me that the most delicate part of the execution of every business idea is the delivery. Click To Tweet This is the point at which the new business is birthed where all the planning and strategizing is put into real life effect. A new line of income, a new product which can sporadically change the way of life of billions of people (e.g. MicrosoftTM) is created and to the creator of the business it is a miracle, a new point of influence in the world.

It can therefore be seen that the delivery of the business idea is as important as the business itself. Careful planning and execution strategies must therefore be put in place, if the business idea is to see a safe delivery. My advice is that this vital period shouldn’t be overlooked but should be planned for adequately just like a woman goes through Ante-Natal to prepare herself emotionally and physically for the delivery; she also packs a bag filled with sanitary towels, clothes etc. when going in for the delivery of her child.

An entrepreneur can prepare for the delivery of his business idea by;

  1. Getting advice from people who have had safe delivery in the aspect he wishes to excel in.
  2. Visualizing the delivery even before it occurs.
  3. Preparing for the worst by asking himself what the worst could be and planning against it.
  4. Most importantly, praying to God so as to spiritually secure the safety of the idea during gestation, during delivery and after delivery

I wish all aspiring entrepreneurs a safe delivery, may the mother and child be well!

Dream big dreams!
